🚫 Strict No-Refund Policy for General Returns

• Refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:
  • Items damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product or size sent by Pehnawa
• No refunds will be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or customer error in size selection.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the error is from our side (damaged or incorrect item).
• We do not provide prepaid return labels under any circumstances.
• We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels. Use a trackable shipping service.

💳 Refund Conditions

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• All refunds are made in EUR (€). Any currency conversion difference is the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
• Sale items, discounted items, or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are allowed only once per order and subject to item availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging with tags intact
• Items sent for exchange without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.
• We reserve the right to reject any exchange if the item does not meet the return standards.

📌 How to Request a Return or Exchange

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Clear reason for return/exchange
• Photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return authorization code (if applicable). Do not return any item without approval.

🕒 Return Processing Time

• All returns are processed within 7–10 business days upon receiving the item.
• During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 14 business days.
• Unauthorized returns or returns sent after 7 days will not be processed.

🚫 We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers
• Items used, washed, or altered in any way
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Returns made after the 7-day window

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet our conditions.
• Abuse of our return policy (frequent returns, false claims) may result in account restrictions or refusal of service.
